Check to check if there are any jobs in the print queue for Xerox Printer Offline. Make sure the port is TCP/IP and not WSD. MS shifted the port to WSD. If so, click the right mouse button on the print driver and choose "Printer Properties" > "Ports" > "Add port" > "Standard TCP/IP port" > "New port". In the following window, enter an IP address and click "Finish". Then choose "Ports" > "Configure port" once more, change from RAW to LPR, and enter "lp" in the Queue name area. Make sure "LPR Byte Counting Enable" and "SNMP Status Enabled" are not checked.
